Due to the continued success and growth of our Toronto office we are hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be working with a range of leading public, private, hospitals, clinics and digital health firms across Canada.
This is an extremely diverse role and requires a recruitment professional who can work within a fast-paced environment while ensuring exceptional candidate care is always maintained. You will be working within a high performing team focused on talent acquisition, recruitment consulting and supporting healthcare and medical workforces.
Responsibilities
- Source, network with and connect with healthcare professionals
- Consult with candidates and advise on recruitment processes and the healthcare and digital health sectors
- Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Screening CVs and identifying a perfect match for specific roles.
