Job descriptionDesign, implement, and maintain workplace health and safety policies. Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with Manitoba safety standards. Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventative measures. Provide training and guidance to employees and management on health and safety protocols. Monitor and report on safety metrics to identify areas for improvement. 3+ years of experience in a Health and Safety Manager role or similar position. Strong knowledge of Manitoba health and safety regulations. Certification in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent (e.g., CRSP, NCSO) is an asset. Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills. An initiative-taking mindset with a commitment to fostering a safe work environment.
