Free training programs New and quicker onboarding process Coordinate with the planner to manage workflow throughout the R&O Shop Ensure part availability to meet production flow and customer expectations Enter batch reports and maintain data integrity in the SAP system Liaise with cross-functional departments to support inventory planning Optimize processes to increase operational efficiency Create, maintain, and publish weekly status reports Support team functions with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada. University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration or related field (preferred) Experience using SAP - this is a must High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Adecco is currently seeking an experienced MRO Coordinator for a full-time, 24-month contract in Ajax, ON, offering a competitive hourly wage of $24-$27 CAD. In this role, you will coordinate with the planner to manage workflow across the R&O Shop, ensure part availability, and maintain accurate records using SAP and Microsoft Office applications. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your coordination, reporting, and system knowledge into a dynamic operational environment.
- Pay rate : $24-$27 / hour.
- Location : Ajax, ON
- Shifts : Monday-Friday 7 : 30am-4 : 30pm
- Job type : 24-month contract | Full-time
