Position Overview :

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take accurate messages.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain the front desk area by keeping it clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Handle administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Support other team members with various office-related tasks as required.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information to clients and employees.
  • Ensure security procedures are followed for visitors and staff.
  • Perform data entry and manage office documents.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and handle stressful situations.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
