Job descriptionValid Ontario real estate license or actively pursuing your real estate license (required). English language proficiency (required). Previous experience in real estate sales is an asset, but newcomers to the industry are also encouraged to apply. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with the Windsor - Essex, Chatham - Kent real estate market, and local neighborhoods is preferred. Proficiency with real estate platforms (MLS, CRM tools) and basic office software (MS Office Suite). Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Experience with residential or luxury real estate is a plus. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (for experienced agents). Competitive commission structure with great earning potential. Ongoing comprehensive training and mentorship from an experienced team of professionals. Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities :
- Guide clients through the buying and selling of residential properties in Windsor-Essex, Chatham-Kent, and surrounding areas.
- Conduct property showings and open houses for prospective buyers.
- Negotiate contracts, offers, and counteroffers to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Provide clients with market analysis, property valuations, and strategic advice.
- Cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on qualified leads and inquiries using proven procedures to drive sales and maintain strong client relationships.
- Learn and utilize Team Goran’s systems, tools, and resources to provide top-quality client services and ensure smooth transactions.
- Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on local real estate trends, market values, and legal requirements specific to Windsor-Essex, Chatham-Kent, and Ontario.
- Prepare and manage contracts, listings, and other essential documents.
- Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly and annual basis.
