Our Niagara Region client is hiring for the role of Controller, which will be the Head Finance function for the organization. The role of the Controller is a crucial position that involves overseeing the entire financial management of the company. Note that this role is 100% onsite.

This role is critical to maintaining the financial integrity of the company's financial records while providing leadership in ensuring financial practices align with industry standards and company goals. To be considered for the position of Controller, you must be a designated CPA with 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience, including a minimum of 3 years as a Controller or Accounting Manager. The successful candidate will be a strong people manager. You must have exceptional communication skills as you will report directly to the CEO and communicate daily with the Senior Leadership Team. Only candidates who have real estate development or property management experience will be considered. However, CPA's straight from Niagara area public accounting firms who have audited construction, real estate development or property management clients are invited to apply.
