HIRING : EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT / OFFICE COORDINATOR

30 per hour
10 hours per week- MORE TO COME

Are you organized, INDEPENDANT, and ready to take on a dynamic role in real estate?

I am a real estate BROKER at REMAX, looking for a MOTIVATED BILINGUAL Executive Assistant / Office Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES :

SET appointments, visits, and daily schedules

Oversee documentation, listings, and sales processes

REQUIREMENTS :

Strong organizational and communication skills BILINGUAL A MUST NO OPTION

Real estate experience required (worked at a brokerage or for a real estate broker)

Must be available to visit the office OCCASIONNALLY..

Bilingual English-French NO CHOICE

RESPONSABILITÉS :

Planifier des rendez-vous, des visites et des horaires quotidiens

Superviser la documentation, les annonces et les processus de vente

EXIGENCES :

Solides compétences organisationnelles et en communication, BILINGUISME OBLIGATOIRE

Expérience dans l'immobilier requise (avoir travaillé dans une agence ou pour un courtier immobilier)

Doit être disponible pour se rendre au bureau OCCASIONNELLEMENT

Bilingue Anglais-Français OBLIGATOIRE
