As an internationally recognized company in the field of industrial equipment manufacturing, we design, develop, and produce innovative solutions for the medical / pharmaceutical industry.
As part of our development and to strengthen our commitment to quality, we are recruiting a Product Quality Engineer (M / F) for our Quebec City site.
Your responsibilities :
Reporting to the Director of the Quality Department, you will be responsible for ensuring product compliance and performance throughout their life cycle—from development to production.
Your main responsibilities will be :
- Identifying items requiring quality improvements on products under development;
- Identifying components requiring incoming inspection and setting up control plans;
- Supervising suppliers involved in the development of new components;
- Contribute to risk analyses during the development phases of new products;
- Contribute to process and equipment validation, in support of Manufacturing Engineering;
- Improve the quality performance of assembly lines for the products under your responsibility;
- Evaluate, develop, and implement tools for diagnosing and monitoring the performance of devices on the market;
- Analyze and document reported non-quality cases and coordinate problem solving within multidisciplinary teams;
- Identify and propose corrections to production methods or device design and conception in order to eliminate quality issues encountered on the market;
- Monitor the measures implemented and their effectiveness.
Skills and qualifications :
