Job descriptionPerform quality control inspections on incoming raw materials to ensure specifications meet quality standards. Conduct quality checks on outgoing products to validate accurate assembly and packaging. Conduct root cause analyses of non-conformance incidents; maintain tracking systems for non-conformance and prepare corrective actions. Perform factory quality control audits to meet customer compliance standards. Investigate product issues, customer complaints and warranty claims. Manage and maintain document control systems and supplier communications. Lead various projects, including inventory control, warehousing, and production. Manage on-site inventory to maintain accurate records of in-coming and out- going materials. 2+ years of quality control experience within a manufacturing or warehousing environment Demonstrated experience managing quality control systems Working knowledge of manufacturing, quality control, and warehouse operations Process-driven work ethic; adaptability and confidence in developing and implementing processes Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and manage change
