We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Team Lead to join our growing team. As a QA Team Lead at ENKON, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our SaaS products. You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of our software solutions.

The position will be at our office in Victoria, BC.
Successful candidates will have the following qualifications :
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and specifications.
- Perform manual and automated testing to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide feedback on software functionality and usability.
- Document and track defects using bug tracking tools, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of test environments and test data.
- Participate in review meetings and contribute to discussions on software quality and testing processes.
- Continuously explore and suggest improvements to testing methodologies and tools.
