This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week).Reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will be responsible for the following tasks : -Lead and coordinate all quality-related activities to ensure products and processes comply with required standards.-Implement and monitor quality management systems.-Collaborate with various departments to ensure continuous improvement.-Supervise internal and external audits to verify compliance with standards.-Analyze quality data and implement corrective and preventive action plans.-Train and educate teams on quality procedures and standards.-Manage non-conformities and ensure follow-up on corrective actions.-Actively participate in customer satisfaction by ensuring products meet their requirements.Your Professional Skills-Expertise in quality management systems (ISO 9001, other relevant standards).-Analytical skills to identify and resolve issues.-Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Your PersonalityWe are looking for a meticulous individual with a detail-oriented mindset and excellent organizational skills.
