Your new role

Reporting tothe Deputy Project Director, the Quality Assurance Manager is responsible forestablishing a quality assurance program for the Windfall mining project andensuring its execution. This person ensures that all systems, equipment,buildings, and documents related to construction and equipment suppliers meetquality standards as well as regulatory and contractual requirements prior totheir acceptance, transfer, or commissioning. This role provides independentoversight by Gold Fields of the QA / QC performance of the engineering firms, theEPCM firm, and the contractors.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on inspection andtest plans, and approve inspection and test plans, quality plans, andquality management plans.
