Expertise testing ServiceNow modules( ITSM, APM) testing experience Data Migration testing? Experienced to different development methodologies like Waterfall Mode, and Agile development.? Expertise in preparing Test Plans, developing, reviewing, and executing Test Cases based on Functional Requirements, Business Requirements and Use Cases Documents.? Adept in identifying Test Scenario?s and Writing Test Cases by applying Test Case Design Techniques? Extensively worked on various Testing types such as Integration, System, Functional, Regression, Sanity, Smoke, User-interface (GUI), Data base and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Performance Testing? Proven ability to work efficiently in both independent and team environments.? Experience in requirement review meetings, analyzing requirements, User Stories (Agile), Developing test plan and test cases, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Defect management, Reporting and tracking.? Good analytical and communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform as part of a team.Technical Skills ? ITSM / ITOM Modules (Incident / Problem / Change & release / Request Management, Portal),? Methodologies : Agile / Waterfall (Scrum), ITIL processes, SDLC, STLC? • Creation of Test Artificats - Test Plan
• Work with ServiceNow BA / BSA to understand the project testing requirements and develop test scenarios and test cases
• Review design documents and perform GAP analysis
• Create test data as per the planned test cases
• Manage and track test executions, defects using Test Data Management tool
• Participate in Defect triage calls to review and prioritize defects and work as needed with SMEs - BSA, DEV to reproduce or retest defects
• Provide input for Test Closure reports
