At Sienna Senior Living, the Resident Engagement Manager plays a pivotal role in promoting our core values. This full-time management position involves enhancing resident autonomy and participation through strategic programming. You'll lead your team to create enriching experiences, support training, and build partnerships that elevate resident wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enhance resident well-being and community engagement
• Evaluate and improve resident involvement programs
• Facilitate new resident integration and belonging
• Collaborate with local vendors to enrich experiences
• Document discussions from council meetings
Requirements:
• Degree in Gerontology or related field
• Minimum one year in senior program development
• One year of management experience required
• Certification in CPR and First Aid needed
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual tech
