Our team values collaboration, cultural humility, and evidence-based practices that honour clients’ autonomy and lived experience.

Position Overview

The successful candidate will supervise behaviour therapists, deliver direct therapy, support families, collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals, and ensure high-quality service delivery. This role includes local commuting to client homes, schools, and community settings as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision to Behaviour Therapists, including oversight of programming, session fidelity, and professional development.
  • Conduct direct ABA-based therapy and model intervention strategies aligned with neuro-affirming principles.
  • Complete functional behaviour assessments (FBAs), skill assessments, and individualized treatment plans.
  • Analyze and interpret behavioural data to guide ongoing programming and decision‑making.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, speech‑language pathologists, occupational therapists, mental‑health professionals, and caregivers.
  • Maintain clear, timely, and clinically accurate documentation.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional training.
  • Travel between clients within the community (valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required).
  • Uphold ethical standards as per the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts (Ontario) and applicable professional guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Registered Behaviour Analyst (Ont.) designation in good standing.
  • Master’s degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising ABA staff and delivering behaviour therapy.
  • Strong data‑analysis, problem‑solving, and case‑management skills.
  • Commitment to neuro‑affirming, trauma‑informed, and strengths‑based practice.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
  • What We Offer

  • Competitive compensation based on experience.
  • Supportive, inclusive, neuro‑affirming team culture.
  • Opportunities for professional development and continuing education.
