S2 Workforce Solutions is looking for a Python CNC Operator for a steel manufacturing client in the Holland Landing area.

Pay: $27/hour – Based on Experience

Shifts Available:

• Days: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Afternoons: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

The Role

We are looking for a technically skilled Python CNC Operator to join a fast-paced steel manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC equipment, automation, Python programming, and troubleshooting.

Duties

• Develop, test, and maintain Python scripts for automation and production-related tasks
• Operate and monitor Python-based applications and systems
• Debug and troubleshoot Python code
• Run scheduled and on-demand Python programs and verify results
• Support integration of Python scripts with databases, APIs, and other tools
• Document code, workflows, and standard operating procedures
• Work with engineering, IT, data, and production teams to improve efficiency
• Monitor processes and troubleshoot issues quickly
• Follow company safety procedures and coding best practices

Requirements

• Experience working in a steel manufacturing, CNC, production, or industrial shop environment
• Strong understanding of Python programming fundamentals
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and production requirements
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
