    Aperçu du poste :

    Nous recherchons un(e) coordinateur(trice) des achats très organisé(e) et proactif(ve) pour rejoindre notre équipe de fabrication. Le candidat idéal aura une forte compréhension du contrôle des stocks, de la gestion des fournisseurs et la capacité de prioriser les besoins d'approvisionnement pour les opérations de production et l'entretien des machines.

    Responsabilités

    • Achats :
    • o Approvisionner, planifier et expédier les commandes à l'aide de divers logiciels.

      o Gérer l'achat de matières premières, de composants et de pièces détachées pour la production et la maintenance.

      o Veiller à ce que les pièces soient achetées en temps voulu et de manière rentable afin de réduire au minimum les temps d'arrêt et les retards de production.

      o Analyser et surveiller les achats de maintenance et demander périodiquement des offres.

      o Surveiller et contrôler les besoins quotidiens en matière d'achats.

      o Superviser l'administration des contrats de service, y compris l'entretien des bâtiments et des terrains, la santé et la sécurité, et l'équipement de bureau.

      o Approuver les factures de transport.

    • Gestion des fournisseurs :
    • o Développer et maintenir des relations solides avec les vendeurs et les fournisseurs afin de garantir les meilleurs prix, la meilleure qualité et les meilleurs délais de livraison.

      o Négocier des contrats et des accords avec les fournisseurs dans les domaines de la maintenance, de la construction, de l'emballage, de la fabrication et des fournitures de bureau.

      o Évaluer et sélectionner les fournisseurs sur la base de critères de qualité, de livraison et de prix.

      o Assurer le suivi avec les fournisseurs en cas de non-conformité et mettre en place des actions correctives conformément aux normes de l'entreprise.

    • Gestion des stocks et des commandes :
    • o Contrôler les niveaux de stock et gérer les processus de réapprovisionnement en pièces et en matériel.

      o Tenir des registres précis de tous les achats et des niveaux de stock.

      o Assurer un traitement efficace et précis des commandes et des livraisons.

    • Rapports et documentation :
    • o Préparer des rapports sur les achats, y compris le suivi du budget, la performance des fournisseurs et l'analyse de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.

      o Gérer les tâches administratives telles que les confirmations de commande, le suivi des livraisons et le traitement des factures.

    • Collaboration :
    • o Travailler avec des équipes interfonctionnelles (maintenance, production, finances) pour aligner les activités d'achat sur les objectifs du département et de l'entreprise.

      o Coordonner avec le département de la maintenance pour prévoir l'utilisation des pièces et prioriser les besoins critiques.

      Qualifications

    • Formation :
    • o Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou dans un domaine connexe (ou expérience professionnelle équivalente).

      o L'accréditation ou la certification de l'AGPC est un atout.

    • Expérience :
    • o Plus de 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine des achats, de l'approvisionnement ou de la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, de préférence dans un environnement de production.

      o Une expérience de l'achat de pièces pour la maintenance est un atout.

    • Compétences :
    • o Solides compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps.

      o Maîtrise des logiciels d'achat et des systèmes ERP.

      o Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et à la négociation.

      o Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et dans un environnement d'équipe.

      o Connaissance de la gestion des stocks et des meilleures pratiques en matière d'achats.

    • Langues :
    • o Le bilinguisme (français et anglais) est exigé, avec une bonne communication écrite et orale dans les deux langues.

      o L'anglais est nécessaire pour communiquer avec les employés de l'entreprise aux États-Unis et avec les fournisseurs en dehors de la province.

      Job Description : Purchasing Coordinator

      Position Overview :

      We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Purchasing Coordinator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of inventory control, supplier management, and the ability to prioritize procurement needs for both production operations and machine maintenance.

      Responsibilities

    • Purchasing :
    • o Procure, schedule and expedite orders using various software tools.

      o Manage the purchasing of raw materials, components, and spare parts for production and maintenance.

      o Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of parts to minimize downtime and production delays.

      o Analyze and monitor maintenance purchases and request bids periodically.

      o Monitor and control daily purchasing requirements.

      o Oversee service contract administration including building and grounds maintenance, health & safety, and office equipment.

      o Approve transport invoices.

    • Supplier Management :
    • o Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best pricing, quality, and delivery times.

      o Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers in the field of MRO, Construction, Packaging, Manufacturing and office supplies.

      o Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, delivery, and price criteria.

      o Follow-up with suppliers for non-conformance and establish corrective actions in accordance with company standards.

    • Inventory & Order Management :
    • o Monitor stock levels and manage reordering processes for spare parts and materials.

      o Maintain accurate records of all purchases and inventory levels.

      o Ensure efficient and accurate processing of orders and deliveries.

    • Reporting & Documentation :
    • o Prepare purchasing reports, including budget tracking, vendor performance, and supply chain analysis.

      o Handle administrative tasks such as order confirmations, delivery tracking, and invoice processing.

    • Collaboration :
    • o Work with cross-functional teams (Maintenance, Production, Finance) to align purchasing activities with departmental and company goals.

      o Coordinate with the maintenance department to forecast part usage and prioritize critical needs.

      Qualifications

    • Education :
    • o Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

      o PMAC accreditation or certification enrollment an asset

    • Experience :
    • o 3+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

      o Experience with purchasing parts for maintenance is an asset.

    • Skills :
    • o Strong organizational and time-management skills.

      o Proficiency in purchasing software and ERP systems.

      o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

      o Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

      o Knowledge of inventory management and procurement best practices.

    • Languages :
    • o Bilingual (French and English) is required, with strong written and verbal communication in both languages.

      o English is required in order to communicate with US corporate employees and out of the province suppliers.
