Manage a business centre as if you owned it, without the financial risk. Make business decisions to ensure the success, profitability and growth of your business centre and discover a unique profit-sharing program.
Serve a local market and be the reference for projects of all sizes. Serve a commercial clientele that knows the added value of doing business with your business centre : selection, quality and quantity.
Work with the top manufacturers, because your business centre is part of a solid and growing national chain.
Do you have what we’re looking for?
Strong experience as business manager or owner.
Experience or knowledge of the distribution, electricity, B2B sales and business development sectors.
Ability to fulfil a leadership role. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Very well-organized and motivated by success and teamwork.
Good business sense with an excellent ability to analyse the profitability of projects, sales and inventories, along with sound negotiating and management skills.
Strong desire to learn and develop your skills.
Challenges awaiting you
Manage all internal and external activities of the business centre : financial management, profitability, business development, sales, project management, customer service, purchasing, distribution, inventory and purchasing management, human resources management.
Establish and implement an annual and medium-term business plan, targeting the business centre’s opportunities and objectives in terms of : sales, customer service, cost control, profitability and asset management.
Build and cultivate harmonious, solid and mutually profitable long-term relationships with suppliers, customers and business partners.
Identify and capitalize on unrealized business opportunities in the business centre’s region. Be on the lookout for medium- and large-scale investment projects within your territory and become a key partner in executing these.
Increase the business centre’s profitability through systematic control of costs, expenses and investments.
Develop and implement profit-maximizing pricing strategies. Monitor competitors’ activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Analyse the business centre’s current performance and assess opportunities to increase the level of service and ensure market-share growth.
Apply chain-wide policies and procedures to ensure the standardization of operations.
Provide a safe work environment. Be aware of, apply and enforce rules and legal requirements.
Attract, hire and train staff and ensure that everyone is properly equipped to succeed.
Support and motivate the team to maintain a positive, stimulating and productive working atmosphere.
Encourage and promote knowledge and skill development. Be available and responsive in order to support and expand the team.
Promote your business centre and invest in the community. Build solid partnerships to support the next generation and organizations and stand out as a local business.
