Intermediate Safety Coordinator

Are you a safety professional looking to grow your career with a well-established general contractor ? Our client is seeking an Intermediate Safety Coordinator to join their team.
What You’ll Do :
Act as the liaison between site superintendents and the office, ensuring seamless communication.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance with safety protocols.
Maintain and manage safety documentation, ensuring all records are up to date.
Identify areas for efficiency improvements and help streamline safety processes.
Support safety training initiatives and reinforce company-wide safety culture.
Travel to various job sites in Edmonton and rural Alberta as required.
What We’re Looking For :
- 1-2 years of experience in a safety role with a general contractor.
- Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to balance office administration and fieldwork.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to rural job sites.
