Regional Property Manager
Montreal, QC
Our client in the Storage Solutions industry is looking for an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee their Montreal and surrounding area locations. The Regional Property Manager is responsible for the day to day operations and sales for their region. The Regional Property Manager will visit each location periodically to inspect and address any issues, and provide support as required. They will also be responsible for leading a team, addressing customer concerns, and processing payroll, invoices and scheduling.
The successful candidate will have a post-secondary education in a relevant field. Must be fluent in BOTH FRENCH and ENGLISH. Experience in a customer focused environment and with managing a team is required. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to multi-task and make decisions effectively. A driver’s license and the ability to travel within Quebec is required. The ability to be on your feet for long periods of time and to perform physical tasks such as lifting, using tools and assisting with general facility maintenance is a must.
An excellent compensation package is offered, commensurate with experience.
