Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from conception to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout.
What will you do?
Project Planning & Execution :
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Effectively manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
