We are looking for a driven and detail-focused individual to join our Business Intelligence (BI) team as a Temporary Project Support Assistant (Admin Assistant) on a 6-12 month contract. This role will primarily involve providing administrative support and assisting with content management tasks, such as organizing data, updating documentation, and maintaining intranet content. The role is ideal for students or interns interested in gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, process management, and business intelligence operations.

Responsibilities
Assist in the creation and upkeep of process manuals for different teams.
Support administrative duties within the BI team, including data collection and document management.
Ensure accurate and timely updates to intranet content (e.g., SharePoint), including department pages and announcements.
Help organize and structure team documentation to ensure it is easy to access and retrieve.
Collaborate with colleagues to streamline internal processes and improve efficiency.
Conduct research and compile data to support ongoing projects and process improvements.
Provide general project support, including tracking timelines and deliverables.
Day to day activities :
Collaborating with different departments to ensure accurate documentation of processes and workflows.
Assisting with the collection and organization of data for ongoing BI team projects.
Updating and maintaining content on the company intranet (e.g., SharePoint) to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date.
Organizing and managing internal documentation to ensure ease of access.
Providing administrative support, such as preparing meeting agendas, taking notes, or responding to general inquiries via email.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience drafting and updating process and policy documents.
Familiarity with SharePoint is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently while maintaining effective teamwork.
