Prepare and edit clear, compelling presentations, briefing notes, formal meeting minutes / action items, and responses to queries / issues. Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to facilitate project success. Ensure stakeholders receive accurate, comprehensive, and meaningful information in a timely manner. Document fast-moving executive conversations with limited context and seek alternate sources of information to ensure understanding. Coordinate various projects and competing priorities to meet deadlines effectively. Demonstrate self-motivation, professionalism, diplomacy, and the capability to manage workload in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Utilize broad IT knowledge and experience to support project needs. Proficiently use word processing, presentation, and spreadsheet software, as well as document repositories such as SharePoint. Apply Agile methodology and tools (e.g., Planner, kanban boards) to manage projects efficiently. Leverage familiarity with AI technologies to enhance project outcomes.
