PAL Aerospace is currently seeking qualified applicants for a Project Coordinator  position in our St. John's, NL  base. This is a fixed-term position.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for :

• Project Planning – assist project managers in creating detailed action plans for projects including creation of relevant project plans and project forecasting.
• Project Execution – report to management and PMs on coordination activities. Providing necessary project oversight to ensure all deliverables are well coordinated and completed within the assigned target dates. Assist PMs with internal communications to cross-functional teams and various company departments. Provide administrative support as required.
• Project Monitoring & Control – assist project reporting to senior management using Business analysis tools such as JAMA and Power BI. Assist PMs in monitoring project status and progress against major milestones, utilizing preventive / corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
• Project Closure – assist in managing closure plan and activities. Verifying closure checklists are complete and assist PM in communicating all relevant information to various team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
