What you will do
The focus of the Logistics Administrative Assistant position is to ensure that the inbound & outbound materials and resources flow through the company in a timely manner. This individual will need to be very organized and detail-oriented as they provide support to a team of 6 logistics coordinators in areas such as: creating shipping paperwork, monitoring unit tracking from production through to final delivery, preparing FedEx shipments, assistance with Canada/US customs documents and customs classifications. Your love of communication, efficiency and task accomplishment while contributing to the overall goals of the logistics team to keep operations moving is required to ensure success.

Working Conditions
SALARY RANGE: $59,000 - $81,000 CAD (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
