Hays is working with a leading residential builder with an exciting project pipeline that promises growth and innovation. There team is dedicated to delivering high-quality homes and exceptional customer service. They pride themselves on their collaborative work environment and commitment to excellence.
They are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Construction Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will work directly with our operations team, including construction, design, architecture, and accounting departments (among others). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage reception desk and be first line of contact for any clients visiting the office.
- Assist in the coordination and administration of residential construction projects.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and schedules.
- Support the operations team with project planning and execution.
- Prepare and distribute project reports and updates.
- Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
- Provide administrative support to the construction, design, architecture, and accounting teams.
