The Production Manager position is a crucial role within the Site Leadership team at the company’s facility in Toronto, Ontario. You’ll focus on leading material processing operations to achieve departmental objectives in safety, product quality, productivity, cost management, customer service, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities :
- Lead the material processing team to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Contribute to site strategic goal development
- Promote cross-plant teamwork
- Establish and review team goals and development plans
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure effective cross-functional communication
- Identify and address training and development needs
