A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

As a Production Coordinator, you'll work in an office setting as the backbone of our operations, ensuring that roofing and siding projects stay on track. Your day will involve scheduling crews, coordinating material deliveries, and managing work orders to keep projects running smoothly. You'll communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and team members to ensure deadlines are met and resources are in place. Whether you're updating schedules, tracking job progress, or resolving logistical challenges, you'll be at the center of keeping everything organized. By maintaining efficiency, problem-solving on the fly, and ensuring seamless communication between teams, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects on time and within scope.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in production coordination, scheduling, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with project management software or scheduling tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
• Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract.
• Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check (CRC).
