About the Role
As the Marketing Manager, you will oversee a team of 2-4 Marketing Coordinators, guiding them to achieve excellence in lead generation and brand building. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our digital and in-person marketing initiatives align with Mosaic's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management : Oversee SEO strategies and paid advertising campaigns to generate leads for clients nationwide across 7 different service lines.
- Technical Literacy : Utilize skills & knowledge in Wordpress, Hubspot Sales & Marketing, and Zapier automation tools to collaborate with a series of stakeholders to increase sales conversion rates.
- Performance Metrics : Monitor search and ad performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
- SEO Optimization : Stay updated on SEO best practices and ensure consistent optimization across all digital platforms.
- Event Coordination : Manage planning and execution of in-person events to build brand presence and foster client relationships.
- Brand Guidelines : Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring alignment with locations coast to coast.
- Team Leadership : Provide mentorship, direction, and performance feedback to Marketing Coordinators.
