Position Overview :
We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Sales and Marketing Product Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in biomedical / pharmaceutical related studies and a passion for sales, health, and wellness. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth, building meaningful customer relationships, and expanding our presence both locally and internationally.
Key Responsibilities :
- Promote and represent the company’s portfolio of dermatological devices to healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Plan and execute customer engagement strategies in alignment with broader sales objectives.
- Identify, engage, and grow a customer base by conducting client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales data, and account activities using CRM tools.
- Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients through regular follow-up, responsiveness, and technical product support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business development.
- Implement territory sales strategies and regularly review performance to meet or exceed targets.
- Prepare quotations and proposals, ensuring compliance with pricing policies and commercial terms.
- Attend and actively participate in product and sales training programs to enhance knowledge and effectiveness.
- Participate in industry events, seminars, or exhibitions to promote product awareness and company visibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and customer satisfaction and post-sales service.
- Submit timely reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market intelligence.
