Position Overview :

We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Sales and Marketing Product Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in biomedical / pharmaceutical related studies and a passion for sales, health, and wellness. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth, building meaningful customer relationships, and expanding our presence both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities :

Promote and represent the company’s portfolio of dermatological devices to healthcare professionals and institutions.
Plan and execute customer engagement strategies in alignment with broader sales objectives.
Identify, engage, and grow a customer base by conducting client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales data, and account activities using CRM tools.
Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients through regular follow-up, responsiveness, and technical product support.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business development.
Implement territory sales strategies and regularly review performance to meet or exceed targets.
Prepare quotations and proposals, ensuring compliance with pricing policies and commercial terms.
Attend and actively participate in product and sales training programs to enhance knowledge and effectiveness.
Participate in industry events, seminars, or exhibitions to promote product awareness and company visibility.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and customer satisfaction and post-sales service.
Submit timely reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market intelligence.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in BIOMEDICAL SCIENCES OR PHARMACY RELATED FIELDS

Experience : Preferably some experience in dermatology or medical sales, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Skills :

Strong understanding of medical or aesthetic devices, sales, and interest in clinical applications.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Working proficiency in English (mandatory); Mandarin is a plus.

Proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused mindset.
