About the Role

As a Senior Technical Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Calabrio's Business Intelligence solutions. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative BI solutions that drive business value.  With your passion, talent and business expertise, you can help us create a product suite that brings innovation and differentiation to the market and continues to deliver workforce solutions to our customers.

What you’ll be doing (Key Responsibilities)

  • Product Vision and Strategy :
  • Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for Calabrio's BI solutions
  • Align the product roadmap with the overall business objectives and customer needs
  • Stay abreast of industry trends & emerging technologies to identify innovation opportunities
  • Product Backlog Management :
  • Prioritize and maintain a well-groomed product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product vision and business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements.
  • Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Agile Delivery :
  • Work closely with development teams, agile coaches and other product managers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
  • Stakeholder Management :
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and support teams and gather feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, tailoring messages to their specific needs.
  • Evangelizing your product internally and externally through high impact presentations and demos
  • Data-Driven Decision Making :
  • Leverage data analytics to drive product decisions and measure product performance.
  • Utilize BI tools and techniques to uncover insights and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • BI Report Dashboard Development
  • Create standardized BI and reporting assets for use across customers
  • Lead customer training for Calabrio’s BI tools

Success Criteria :

  • Strong background in Business Intelligence with strong understanding of Cloud Data Architecture, Data Warehousing, BI concepts and data visualization
  • Experience in product design, project management and business analytics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of contact center operations and workforce optimization is preferred
  • Experience with one or more of the following types of products or tools :
  • WFM, ACD, IVR and related technologies
  • Performance management and evaluation solutions
  • CRM, Customer Success and Support solutions
  • Database and Data Warehouse solutions
  • Business Intelligence platforms
  • Reporting technologies
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • 7 years of industry experience with 3-5 years in Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst role
  • Experience with Agile & Scrum techniques and methodologies
  • Experience working with commercial B2B SaaS applications
  • Working knowledge of the SDLC
  • Ability to work comfortably and fluidly in an evolving environment
  • Hands-on experience in strategic planning and business case development
