About the Role
As a Senior Technical Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Calabrio's Business Intelligence solutions. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, managing the product backlog, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative BI solutions that drive business value. With your passion, talent and business expertise, you can help us create a product suite that brings innovation and differentiation to the market and continues to deliver workforce solutions to our customers.
What you’ll be doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Product Vision and Strategy :
- Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for Calabrio's BI solutions
- Align the product roadmap with the overall business objectives and customer needs
- Stay abreast of industry trends & emerging technologies to identify innovation opportunities
- Product Backlog Management :
- Prioritize and maintain a well-groomed product backlog, ensuring alignment with the product vision and business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements.
- Write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Agile Delivery :
- Work closely with development teams, agile coaches and other product managers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Stakeholder Management :
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and support teams and gather feedback to inform product decisions and improvements.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, tailoring messages to their specific needs.
- Evangelizing your product internally and externally through high impact presentations and demos
- Data-Driven Decision Making :
- Leverage data analytics to drive product decisions and measure product performance.
- Utilize BI tools and techniques to uncover insights and identify opportunities for optimization.
- BI Report Dashboard Development
- Create standardized BI and reporting assets for use across customers
- Lead customer training for Calabrio’s BI tools
