Experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop and Illustrator).Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking and Web Accessibility StandardsStrong design foundation of color theory, typography, and compositionMust be 19 years of age or older to apply.Must reside in Atlantic Canada.Professional Skills : UX Design : End-to-end digital experiences from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity mockups.UI & Interaction Design : Craft polished and visually appealing design components, layouts and compositions.Accessibility : Ensure all designs adhere to Web Accessibility Standards 2.1 AA.Environment : Be able to work in an agile development environment.Documentation : Experienced in developing user flows, functional and accessibility specifications, and style guides.Problem-Solving : Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.User Research : Conduct and facilitate user testing sessions, interview players and craft reports.Communication : Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Collaboration : Skilled at collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project goals and objectives.Application Deadline : Posting will remain open until the position is filled or interviews begin.Salary Band : $71,652 - $113,748 - A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role is $76,000 - $86,000 at the time of this posting.
