Job descriptionEnsure smooth transition between the transportation department and clients. Follow up on various tickets, such as transportation, accounting, and account openings. Act as the "resource person" for internal and external clients, sending information, updates, or scheduling appointments for representative visits. Organize and prioritize incoming emails, manage urgent requests, and attend meetings to ensure progress on files. Create and update Excel files for presentations, business reviews, as well as weekly forecast and volume files. Prepare and send necessary materials to clients for events or specific campaigns. Manage the schedule, client emergencies, and specific requests during team travel. Handle appointments, schedules, and holiday calendars for production and slaughterhouses. Perform other related tasks as needed. Completed high school diploma Degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a similar field (an asset) 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, administration, or another related field Proficient in computer software (Excel, ERP, etc.)
