Nous sommes mandatés pour recruter un·e Ingénieur maintenance – amélioration continue, dans un rôle permanent à portée internationale, pour soutenir les sites de production d’un grand groupe manufacturier en croissance.




Lieu : Basé à Pointe-Claire, avec possibilité de déplacements fréquents en Amérique du Nord, en Europe et en Asie.

Type d’emploi : Permanent, temps plein

Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais requise pour les déplacements nationaux et internationaux



Environnement de travail

Votre rôle : soutenir les équipes de maintenance à travers différents sites de production dans leurs pratiques d’amélioration continue, de sécurité, d’optimisation des équipements et de projets industriels.



Vos responsabilités

  • Auditer, uniformiser et améliorer les pratiques de maintenance (CBM, thermographie, analyse d’huile…)

  • Animer des analyses d’incidents (QRQC, A3, 5Why) et piloter les plans d’action

  • Participer à l’implantation et au suivi des plans de maintenance via la GMAO

  • Former les équipes aux bonnes pratiques Lean appliquées à la maintenance

  • Élaborer les indicateurs de performance et proposer des améliorations continues

  • Soutenir les projets industriels : analyse de sécurité machine, transfert vers opérations, formation, documentation

  • Créer et standardiser des procédures critiques

  • Collaborer avec les équipes SST, Achats, Approvisionnement et Environnement

  • Représenter le département maintenance dans les projets d’usine à l’international

  • Voyager jusqu’à 50 % du temps



Profil recherché

  • Diplôme d’ingénieur (industriel, mécanique, électrique, automatisme) ou technique avec 10 ans d’expérience

  • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience en maintenance industrielle ou en fabrication

  • Connaissances des outils Lean (5S, PDCA, VSM, Bone Fish, Kaizen, etc.)

  • Aisance avec Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI

  • Excellentes habiletés de communication, esprit d’équipe, rigueur

  • Autonomie, curiosité, capacité à évoluer dans un contexte multiculturel

  • Très bon niveau de français et d’anglais (oral et écrit)



Atouts

  • Certification Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt ou Black Belt)

  • Intérêt pour les nouvelles technologies (automatisation, RPA, IA)

We’re currently looking for a Maintenance Improvement Engineer for a permanent, full-time role with international exposure, supporting the operations of a fast-growing global manufacturing group.




Location: Based in Pointe-Claire, with frequent travel across North America, Europe and Asia

Job Type: Permanent, full-time

Language Requirement: Fluency in both French and English is mandatory



Work Environment

Reporting to the Director of the Global Operating System, you'll be a corporate-level partner to multiple production sites, working to optimize maintenance strategies, improve reliability, and support major industrial projects.



What You Will Do

  • Audit, standardize and improve maintenance practices (CBM, thermography, oil analysis, etc.)

  • Lead incident analysis workshops (QRQC, A3, 5Why) and action plans

  • Support implementation and follow-up of maintenance plans via CMMS

  • Train local teams on Lean maintenance methods

  • Build KPIs and drive continuous improvement

  • Support industrial projects: machine safety, transfer to operations, documentation, and training

  • Create and standardize critical procedures

  • Collaborate with HSE, Procurement, and Environmental teams

  • Represent Maintenance in new facility or equipment projects

  • Travel up to 50% of the time



What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical or automation engineering – or technician diploma with 10+ years of experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing

  • Proficiency in Lean tools (5S, PDCA, VSM, Kaizen, Bone Fish, etc.)

  • Comfortable with Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Self-driven, curious, culturally adaptable

  • Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)



Assets

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification

  • Interest in automation, RPA, AI, and emerging technologies
