Power Electronics PCB Designer

About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Power Electronics Designer to join our hardware design team on a hybrid basis in Toronto, Montreal, or Ottawa . This role focuses on designing and testing power electronics PCBs, including motor drive units, DC power systems, and telemetry circuits.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-frequency, high-efficiency power electronics PCBs

Develop schematics, layouts, and simulations

Select and qualify electronic components

Support PCB assembly, testing, and troubleshooting

Collaborate with engineering teams across multiple disciplines

Qualifications :

3 to 10 years of experience in power electronics and PCB design

Experience with DC / DC Converter Design

Stability and Reliability Analysis

Input Filter Design

PCB Design and SPICE simulations

Functional (Lab) testing

Bilingual (English / French) is an asset, but not required
