En tant que Spécialiste en gestion des commandes clients, vous serez le point de contact unique pour nos clients, en veillant à ce que chaque interaction post-commande soit fluide et positive. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la coordination des processus, de la commande à l’expédition, en anticipant les besoins des clients et en assurant une expérience de qualité. Ce poste vous permettra de collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires et de participer à des projets qui soutiennent la fiabilité et l’innovation dans le secteur de l’énergie.

Comment Vous Ferez la Différence

  • Assurer la gestion complète des commandes et des accusés de réception.

  • Coordonner la communication entre le client et les équipes internes (production, qualité, ingénierie, expédition, service).

  • Maintenir des dossiers clients précis et confidentiels dans les systèmes de gestion.

  • Suivre les commandes, les modifications et les annulations, en communiquant proactivement les mises à jour.

  • Identifier et résoudre rapidement les problèmes en collaboration avec les équipes internes.

  • Préparer et envoyer les factures, gérer les paiements et résoudre les litiges.

  • Gérer les retours clients

  • Analyser les données pour produire des rapports sur les indicateurs de performance.

  • Veiller au respect des réglementations, procédures et directives internes et externes.

Votre Profil

  • Le candidat doit déjà avoir une autorisation de travail lui permettant de travailler pour Hitachi Énergie au Canada.

  • Diplôme d’études collégiales en administration ou formation équivalente.

  • Minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en service à la clientèle (milieu manufacturier – un atout)

  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais.

  • Maîtrise de Microsoft Office; compétences avancées en Excel et SAP (atouts).

  • Sens aigu de l’organisation, de la priorisation et de l’attention aux détails.

  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à respecter les délais.

  • Esprit d’équipe et aptitude à maintenir des relations professionnelles positives.

The Opportunity

Join Hitachi Energy and help shape a sustainable energy future. As a Customer Order Management Specialist, you will be the single point of contact for our customers, ensuring that every post-order interaction is smooth and positive. You will play a key role in coordinating processes from order to shipping, anticipating customer needs and ensuring a quality experience. This position will enable you to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in projects that support reliability and innovation in the energy sector.

How you'll make an impact

  • Ensure complete management of orders and acknowledgements of receipt.

  • Coordinate communication between the customer and the internal teams (production, quality, engineering, shipping, service).

  • Maintain accurate and confidential customer records in management systems.

  • Track orders, changes and cancellations, proactively communicating updates.

  • Quickly identify and resolve issues in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Prepare and send invoices, manage payments and resolve disputes.

  • Manage customer feedback

  • Analyze data to produce reports on performance indicators.

  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

  • The applicant must already have a work permit to work for Hitachi Energy in Canada.

  • College degree in administration or equivalent training.

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of customer service experience (manufacturing environment – an asset)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced skills in Excel and SAP (strengths).

  • A keen sense of organization, prioritization and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Team spirit and ability to maintain positive professional relationships.
