Related Work Experience

Using an example, describe your most recent experience using formal incident / change management practices and include the software utilized.

Provide recent examples of where you worked with clients collaboratively in an application dev / ops environment to resolve a critical issue, under a tight deadline.

Minimum 5 years of experience working in the public sector. Using examples, please describe your roles and experience.

Documentation

Minimum 5 years of experience creating and maintaining project and system documentation such as test plans, user guides, implementation plans, Operations Procedure Manuals (OPM), Disaster Recovery (DR) plans, etc. Please provide specific examples of documentation completed.

Education

Minimum 2-year program diploma or degree from a recognized institution with major course work in Information Technology or Computer Science.
