Highly organized and detail‑oriented, they effectively manage multiple priorities under tight timelines while maintaining clear, consistent communication with engineering teams and senior stakeholders. This individual brings strong judgment, a sense of urgency, and a continuous‑improvement mindset to drive execution and program success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define, plan, and drive projects and program plans based on management and senior technical guidance
  • Create and maintain project management artifacts, including schedules, resource plans and forecasts, and risk and issue logs
  • Scope technical feasibility of new products by clarifying and analyzing requirements with hardware architects, technical leads, and engineers
  • Identify development risks, implement prevention and mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to reduce engineering cost and schedule impact
  • Collect, analyze, and publish project performance data through dashboards and recurring status reports
  • Own status reporting and issue communication to key stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Initiate improvements to existing processes and methods to increase project and team efficiency

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Analytical, self‑motivated, organized, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate progress regularly
  • Proven strength in resource planning and forecasting
  • Experience working in high‑pressure environments with competing priorities and tight timelines
  • Experience with Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence, and Excel
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
