Training

Orientation and training provided on the job.

All driver positions are paid hourly at minimum pay $16.66 – maximum pay $16.66. Credit card tips, cash tips and a partial mileage reimbursement are paid at the end of each shift. With tips averages can range from minimum $16.66 (Time on clock) – Maximum $30.00 per hour (with tips added to $16.66). Hourly time is paid via check or direct deposit bi monthly.

HOURS : All scheduled hours are based off what employee is available for and what the store needs. All positions are part time unless otherwise stated. Every employee has the opportunity to work into full time as long as the store has the hours to accommodate by completing training, being reliable for shifts and communicating full time needs with manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND DUTIES

You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards as well as access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery. You should possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area and must be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.

General Job Duties For All Store Team Members

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
