Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Physician to join our 360° Care team. This role focuses on providing holistic, proactive medical care in a concierge-style setting, working alongside a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

What you will be doing :

• Conduct thorough medical assessments and develop personalized care plans for clients.
• Provide ongoing preventative care, chronic disease management, and wellness coaching.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless, coordinated care.
• Build long-term relationships with patients, supporting them on their journey to optimal health.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and testing to support clinical decision-making.
• Educate clients on preventative strategies, nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle interventions.
• Stay up to date with the latest medical advancements and incorporate evidence-based practices.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records within the electronic medical system.
