Adecco is currently hiring a Senior CRM Developer for a 2-year remote contract opportunity. In this role, you will contribute to the development, enhancement, and support of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 applications while working closely with internal clients and technical teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
- Pay Rate: $90,000 - $140,000 per year
- Location: Ottawa, ON | Remote
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Employment Type: 2-Year Temporary Contract

Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and configuration of the core Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 application.
- Analyze business requirements and design, develop, and implement application enhancements.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with internal clients and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- Perform technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis on application issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, testing plans, and test results.
- Identify and implement new or improved service delivery approaches to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements throughout application support and maintenance activities.
- Support ongoing application maintenance, updates, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and post-implementation support activities.
Qualifications- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- University degree or College diploma in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of five (5) years of development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM (version 2016 or later).
- Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience with JavaScript and C# development within Visual Studio.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Developer, including recent experience working with the Microsoft .NET Framework.
- Demonstrated experience working with Swagger and Web API services.
- Demonstrated experience writing scripts using PowerShell.
- Strong understanding and experience with source control systems, including advanced Branching and merging techniques (e.g., TFS, SVN, or CVS).
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services, including Front Door, APIM, Azure B2C, and Power Apps.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience creating technical documentation, testing plans, and knowledge articles.
