12 months contract Based at our Laval Head-Office

Hybrid policy 2 days working from home + 3 days at the office

Overview

This position is responsible for the effective management (organization, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and evaluation) for new product launches and maintenance of business projects for Bausch Pharma portfolio of Global Pharmaceutical, OTC, and medical device products. The role will focus on commercialization / manufacturing and may encompass programs in late-stage development as well as marketed products.

Key Responsibilities

• In concert with the Core Team, the Project Manager will develop and manage the cross-functional integrated project plan, ensuring milestones and goals are met.
• Responsible for the entire project life cycle : project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out.
• Lead planning activities to develop robust project plans including resource requirements.
• Manage and provide guidance to project team.
• Identify critical project issues and risks, and communicate to senior leadership in a timely manner.
• Receive direction from Sr Project Manager / Director.
• Develop and maintain the project Gantt chart, milestones, and track budgets for the projects.
• Conduct team meetings with internal and external stakeholders; develop agendas, meeting minutes, and action items for team members.
