Are you a seasoned customer service professional with a strong background in contract management? Do you excel at improving interdepartmental communication and leveraging SAP for operational success? Are you highly skilled in handling phone inquiries and proficient in Excel?

Join our client, a leading company in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, as a Customer Contracts Coordinator in Saint-Laurent.

We would love to meet :

Strong bilingualism spoken to communicate with clients outside of Quebec region

At least 2 years of experience in customer service roles, specializing in internal contract management calls

Demonstrate proficiency in contract management, including setting up various contracts

Strong proficiency in Excel

Exceptional communication skills, particularly in interdepartmental communication Key Responsibilities :

Draft and review contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Serve as a liaison between sales and finance teams regarding payment processes and issues

Collaborate with various departments and clients to ensure effective communication and implementation of plans

Support the creation and management of contracts

Provide prompt responses to inquiries from teams and clients

Ensure adherence to Canadian healthcare guidelines and company standards

Monitor reports and orders to guarantee accurate and timely physician payments

Ensure reports and orders are correctly allocated to the appropriate budget and receive necessary approvals
