OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Senior Manager / Lead – Project Management to drive end-to-end execution of New Product Introduction (NPI) projects within the pharmaceutical space. This pivotal role, based in Mississauga , involves managing a dynamic portfolio of global projects—from project chartering to commercial launch—ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and stakeholder alignment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Management & Execution
- Lead a portfolio of high-priority pharmaceutical NPI projects, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
- Develop project charters, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and resource plans aligned with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive cross-functional coordination with Regulatory Affairs, R&D, QA, Marketing, Business Development, and Supply Chain.
- Identify, assess, and resolve project risks and issues proactively.
