Our client, a leading provider in customer service solutions, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English and French) to join their team.
Job Title : Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English / French)
Location : Fredericton, NB
Working hours : 8-00 AM- 8 : 00 PM EST- shifts will rotate monthly during these hours
Berlitz Test- B2 – verbal & written
Pay Range : $22.22 per hour
What's the Job?
Perform customer request / problem identification and follow defined procedures to resolve issues accurately.
Document troubleshooting efforts and customer information in the data capture tool.
Develop and maintain knowledge of customer-specific business environments and service level agreements.
Participate in on-the-job training and classroom training to enhance product and industry knowledge.
Provide functional and / or technical support while ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings.
What's Needed?
1 year of experience in Customer Service.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Fluency in both French and English.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask effectively and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
