Job description
Adecco is currently hiring a Senior Cyber Security Project Manager for a full-time contract opportunity in Ottawa, ON. This role is ideal for an experienced IT and cyber security professional with a strong background in managing complex enterprise projects.   • Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
  • Location: Ottawa, ON
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, 2-Year Contract

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support cyber security, operational resilience, and IT initiatives from planning through implementation.
  • Assist with project plans, risk registers, governance frameworks, and approval processes.
  • Support the development of IT resilience strategies, roadmaps, and project deliverables.
  • Coordinate recovery testing activities for critical systems and applications.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain dashboards, status reports, and key metrics.
  • Manage project change requests and ensure alignment with governance processes.
  • Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, stakeholders, and business partners.
  • Support resource planning and project coordination across multiple teams.
  • Lead daily Scrum meetings and help prioritize project deliverables.
  • Identify project risks and support mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • University degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in information security and IT environments.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience managing cyber security projects in complex organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of PMBOK methodologies and project management best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with cloud projects, particularly Microsoft Azure, is considered an asset.
  • PMP and/or Scrum Master certification is considered an asset.
  • French language skills are considered an asset.
