We are seeking an energetic and attentive Personal Assistant reporting to the President. As the Personal Assistant, you are an excellent multitasker, fast-paced, self-motivated, solutions driven, and highly discreet. In this role, you will fulfill a diverse range of job duties including : scheduling, personal errands, researching various projects, and miscellaneous office / administrative duties.

Organization Position
The Administrative Assistant reports to the Executive Assistant and as an integral part of the executive’s team, will have direct day-to-day contact with the executives, clients, employees, and other partners.
Duties Include :
- Keeping the upmost level of confidentiality at all times
- Family calendar and appointment organization and coordination.
- General errands
- Delivering high performance on a consistent basis
- Planning and coordinating events and travel for the President & family
- Coordinate maintenance and repair for equipment and vehicles as required
- Assist in technical trouble shooting and problem solving as needed
- Manage paper and electronic filing systems
- Arrange or make coffee, tea, or lunch as required for personal or business purposes
- Purchase and maintain office supplies and documents as necessary
- Perform general administrative duties, including minor accounting paperwork processing and receipt reconciliation
- Recording meeting minutes
- Copy and scan documents, as required
- Assist with event coordination and execution
- Other duties as assigned
