Identify and evaluate international business opportunities to align expansion with the company's strategic objectives.
Develop market penetration strategies for new regions, including market analysis and specific action plans.
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key players and influencers in the industry.
Oversee key accounts, agencies and / or sales representatives, ensuring all aspects of the customer relationship are managed.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of international initiatives.
Represent Duvaltex at international events and trade fairs to increase our visibility and strengthen our brand.
Collaborate with export agencies and governments (e.g. Investissement Québec, EDC) to optimize the resources available for our expansion.
Contribute to the implementation of effective customer relationship management (CRM) tools and processes.
Qualifications
A degree in business administration, international relations or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in international business development or management of international sales networks.
Mastery of international business practices, market dynamics and cultural differences.
Excellent negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
In-depth knowledge of CRM tools and ability to adapt to emerging technologies.
Bilingualism in French and English, oral and written.
Availability to travel frequently (30-50% of the time) internationally.
