We are actively recruiting a Territory Account Manager / Hospital Sales Representative on behalf of our international client, a global leader pharmaceutical laboratory company specializing in injectable products. This position aims to effectively drive the company’s growth in the competitive pharmaceutical market.
Location and Travel :
- 100% remote, with a focus on the province of Quebec (Candidate must be located in the East of Canada)
- Travelling is expected (1-2 administrative days to start with)
Missions
Establish and maintain solid relationships with hospital clients, hospitals and purchasing groups ensuring their needs are met and promoting the company’s injectable productsEnsure excellent customer service to customers, purchasing groups and other partnersDevelop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration within hospitalsTravel regularly to visit hospitals across the province of Quebec to foster relationships and close salesDefine growing strategies for the products and for potential marketsAnalyse market trends to proactively target marketsPresent product information clearly and persuasively to hospital staff and decision-makersDocument and prepare quotes for purchasing groupsProvide product information to customersPerform sales trackingParticipate in budget process.Coordonnate marketing efforts on products (promotional material, etc.)Represent company at professional meetingsGet involved in subsidiary implementationSupport team, as requiredExecution of related tasksRequirements
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in French, as the role is based in QuebecApplicable diploma in administration, sales or marketing (university degree and / or pertinent experience)Strong track record of achieving sales targets with excellent negotiation skillsMinimum 5 years of experience in customer account management or related positionPurchasing group quote experienceA proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities within the hospital marketAbility to work independently while being results-orientedIdeal candidate profile
A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical or medical salesA strong network within the healthcare sector, particularly with hospitalsFamiliarity with injected and generic pharmaceutical productsAbilities
