Practice Highlights
- Pediatric Hospitalists provide in-house 24 / 7 coverage for our area’s sole community hospital, St. Joseph Medical Center.
- Scope of care includes Pediatric Unit, Newborn Nursery, Level II Special Care Nursery, delivery attendance, and ER support (Level II Trauma Center)
- Growing program will include coverage with a second daytime hospitalist (shifts will include 12-hour day shifts, 12-hour night shifts, and 9-hour day shifts)
- Established infrastructure and strong support staff
- Physicians are experienced, collegial, supportive, and focused on high-quality, evidence-based medicine
- Robust primary care team, strong continuity of care from inpatient to outpatient
- EPIC EMR
